Introduction
I am a professional, high-end, mobile detailer. Now whether you hire me to simply clean the interior of your daily driver, or you want your luxury or exotic vehicle polished to perfection, I pride myself in producing happy customers and strive to never cut corners! However, I have to be blunt: If you are a price shopper and heavily base your decision on a dollar amount, I am not the company for you. Simply put, we are not the cheapest option. Now if you are a person who shops value, then perhaps I am the company for you! As you know, our area is saturated with mobile detailing companies. The industry is filled with endless opinions, different prices, misinformed people and so-called professionals....all equaling confusion. I am here to help educate you on becoming accurately informed about my company and what we do. So you might be asking yourself, what sets us apart from the endless other options when choosing a detail company? I'm glad you asked!
1) Communication
There's a difference between a "great" detailer and an "exceptional" detailer. An exceptional detailer has excellent communication skills. At Type A Auto Detailing we see communication as a crucial step in the detailing process. There are so many variables to take into account when having your vehicle professionally detailed. It's all about asking the right questions! I am here to not only answer any questions but more importantly help you logically ask the crucial questions. The truth is that every client has a different situation and different expectations. At Type A, I will successfully match your budget and expectations with reality, and always communicate to make sure you are pleased throughout the entire process. After-all, it's your car and your money! That's why I'm here to honestly evaluate your situation and explain which services are truly needed and not needed. This can only be accomplished through superior communication skills.
2) Time
One of the biggest factors that sets us apart would be the amount of time we spend on each vehicle. Now if we are washing your cars on a weekly basis, it's not going to take too long. However, the dedication and perfection that we bring to the table is evident based on the amount of time we spend. Even for an entry level detail we will spend a minimum of 4-7 hours, a higher level detail that involves polishing or paint correction could take as long as 10-12 hours, and a high level ceramic coating job could take around 24 hours of labor. Lucky for you we don't charge by the hour! No matter what detail package you hire us to complete, the end results will be SHOCKING! Our pricing reflects this, and you definitely get what you pay for!
Most other companies will show up with a crew of guys, do a 3 hour glorified car wash and call it a "professional" detail. Don't be fooled by the cheaper prices. At Type "A" Auto Detailing we spend the time necessary and then some. Full detail jobs will always be done by me and usually my one assistant.
3) Passion
While this is a business, it's also a labor of love for me. I have been an auto enthusiast my entire life, so I understand that a fine automobile is more than just a means of transportation! My passion for cars will be obvious to you, and as a fellow auto enthusiast I understand the pleasure of having a clean and protected vehicle. Your car is a large investment and owning a luxury or exotic vehicle may have been a long-time goal of yours.
