How often should my car be detailed?
Nope! We never offer any rain-checks.
However, we totally understand that cancellations are sometimes necessary due to sudden inclement weather.
Well it depends on which detailing service you choose! Our entry level detail provides 3 months of paint protection, while our more advanced details provide 6 - 12 months of paint protection. If you have us install a Ceramic coating your car won't need waxed for years!!

Yes, as long as we have access to water and electrical connections. It's worth noting that we usually service private, high-end communities, so we don't find it necessary to tow a big water tank and use a smelly generator or a loud gas pressure cleaner. These things only cause unnecessary attention, noise, fumes, and annoyance! At Type A , we easily avoid all these things, because when we arrive for our scheduled detail appointment, we choose to simply connect to your water and electrical connections instead. Do our car wash services come with rain-checks?

No, as long as they are explained correctly. What I mean is that some detailers will lead you to believe that coatings can withstand anything for any length of time. If they tell you this, they are lying to you! Unfortunatly these unrealistc claims create a lot of false hype. Why should I get a private hand car wash instead of taking my car to the commercial wash places?
I am personally located in Palm Beach Gardens, but I provide detailing and car wash services to near-by areas besides Palm Beach Gardens such as North Palm Beach, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Island, Juno Beach, Jupiter and Tequesta. While these are my primary service areas, I also travel as far north as Palm City & Stuart area and as far south as the Boca Raton area. In short, we cover quite a large area of our beautiful South Florida!

We accept Cash, Checks, Zelle, Venmo and CashApp.
No credit cards at this time. (Our policy is Cash only for first time cleints.)
What does Type "A" refer to?
For those of you who haven't figured it out yet, my company name is Type "A" in reference to the personality type "A".
Being a detailer, I have an extremely trained eye for detail and the ability to recognize any imperfection or nuance on the interior or exterior of any vehicle. (Whether it's an average daily driver or an exotic supercar.) I would also describe myself as a perfectionist who delivers only the most rewarding results for my clients; therefore translating to a type "A" personality.
I also choose to run my business with an "under-promise, over-deliver" mindset. Some of you may read this and find these qualities over the top or unnecessary, but the fact of the matter is that I only want the clients who value these qualities and feels that I would be a good fit for them and their world....which I hope I am!
Absolutely! So many people make the mistake of not having their newer car detailed. In fact, as soon as you purchase a brand new vehicle it's an excellent opportunity to have us polish and protect your car paint BEFORE it becomes contaminated from all the elements.
